Turquiose and Orange Afghan

Turquoise and Orange Afghan
Designed By Esther Leavitt

This is a simple but exciting blanket! It is made from Home Spun Yarn. Since this yarn size is a bulky 5 yarn, the blanket doesn’t take as long to complete. Blanket Size is 56" long and 38" Wide

  4. I used an approximate 36 oz of yarn which equals 1110 yards of yarn. You will need a little more yarn 1 - 1.5 (depending of the yards)skeins of yarn should do the trick. I hope that helps. I used every last bit of the 5 skeins of yarn on that blanket with very little left over.

  10. Your blanket made me smile today. In 1975, I made a shawl in this color combination, turquoise with an orange band. Everything old is new again!
