This Beautiful afghan has three different stitches; Catherine Diamond Stitch and two textured stitches. It is pieced together by Slip stitching which adds to the overall style and texture.

    I wonder if someone could help me understand the directions in this Row 3 direction. (*SK 3 sp, 9 DC in next, SK 3 sp)

    I don't understand the "SK 3 Sp" when the prior row was all SC. Am I supposed to have spaces?

    SPS or you could refer them to stitches. If the prior row was all SC then you will need to skip three of the SC sps from the privous row.
